Job Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our team as Luxury Finish Carpenters, Electricians, drywall hangers/finisher, and Concrete Laborers. Duties Execute luxury finish carpentry tasks including trim work, Custom build closets , custom build walls and ceilings, cabinetry, and detailed woodwork using hand tools and woodworking machines Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of design specifications Install electrical systems safely and efficiently, including fixture installation, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical issues in residential settings at times Prepare and pour concrete for foundations, slabs, walkways, or custom features while adhering to safety standards Perform rebar installation, framing (metal stud and wood), drywall hanging, plastering, stucco application, siding, and masonry work Use power tools for woodworking and construction tasks while maintaining strict adherence to power tool safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, carpentry (including framing and trim), electrical work, or concrete laboring in residential or restoration projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking and construction materials handling Strong understanding of construction plans and technical drawings; ability to interpret technical specifications accurately Knowledge of wood construction materials such as framing lumber, plywood, materials; familiarity with masonry products is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently(not too often); physically capable of working on elevated or uneven surfaces for extended periods Prior experience with drywall installation, caulking, tile laying, framing Commitment to safety practices including power tool safety standards; familiarity with construction site safety protocols is essential Additional skills such as remodeling expertise, metal stud framing experience, fabrication skills or handyman experience will be considered advantageous Turn your gift into art.
