Job Description
Overview Join our construction team as a Carpenter/Laborer and become an essential part of transforming our A-frame Retreat through skilled craftsmanship. This role offers a great opportunity to work on diverse projects, from flooring, doors, etc. We value safety, precision, and teamwork, providing a paid position where your skills make a significant impact every day. 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday. $20-$25 DOE Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools Perform medium lifting, material fabrication, rebar installation, and concrete forming as required for different phases of construction Install flooring, doors Contribute to site preparation activities such as medium lifting, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup to maintain safety standards Experience Prior construction site experience with familiarity in carpentry, flooring, or remodeling projects is highly desirable Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, woodwork, and fixture installation Ability to perform safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical work or masonry is beneficial but not mandatory Strong work ethic with a focus on safety protocols and quality craftsmanship
