You are great at reading blueprints and have excellent hand dexterity, with a can-do attitude. $18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Sculpt and piece together siding, drywall, kitchen cabinets, and furniture Confirm flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fix structures Build door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions Perform framing and structural repairs Repair wood rot and damaged decking Install windows, doors, siding, trim, and exterior components Assist with roofing systems as needed Ensure all work is level, plumb, square, and built to code Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate clearly with project managers

Qualifications:

Accurate measuring and math skills required Driver's license required High school diploma or GED preferred In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity 3+ years of carpentry experience required Strong understanding of residential construction Experience with exterior systems preferred Ability to read scopes of work and follow job specifications Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Must have own basic tools Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat Strong work ethic and accountability We are not looking for shortcuts.
