Job Description

We currently have immediate openings for experienced Finish Carpenters. We are looking for self motivated, team players who genuinely care about their craft as much as we do. We pay top dollar for real carpenters. We have steady work all year long. Responsibilities :
  • Plan daily work activities and maintain production goals
  • Ensure all work meets project specifications and company quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades
  • Identify and communicate potential issues before they impact the schedule
  • Custom Cabinetry fabrication and installation
  • Custom millwork: timber/faux beams, feature walls, detailed scrollwork
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment
Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Lead Finish Carpenter or in a similar role working in high end custom home projects.
  • Proficiency in necessary carpentry techniques and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of; shop drawing reading, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and neccesary hand tools for the position
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment. What We Offer
