Overview:
A leading packaging and manufacturing company is hiring Assembly Carpenters for 1st AND 2nd Shift in Coppell, TX. This position involves building custom wooden crates and industrial shipping containers using hand and power tools. Candidates with carpentry, framing, woodworking, cabinet making, pallet building, or construction experience are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
1st Monday
  • Friday | 6:00am
  • 2:30pm 2nd Monday
  • Friday | 2:30pm
  • 11:00pm
Pay Rate:
1st
Shift Pay:
$18.00hrr + Overtime 2nd
Shift Pay:
$19.00hr +
Overtime Responsibilities:
Build custom wooden crates according to work orders and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble wood components using hand and power tools. Safely operate nail guns, saws, drills, and other woodworking equipment. Read tape measures and perform accurate measurements. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
1+ year of carpentry, woodworking, framing, cabinet making, crate building, pallet building, or construction experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, nail guns, and saws. Ability to read a tape measure and work from specifications. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
