Construction Framer

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We are currently in need of Construction Framer to join our team in El Paso, TX.

Description:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing materials. Build walls, floors, roofs, and door/window openings. Install subflooring, sheathing, and structural supports. Ensure structures are level, plumb, and aligned. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow local building codes and safety regulations. Work with other trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed. Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Requirements :

Experience in carpentry or framing preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. Knowledge of construction methods and materials. Physical strength and stamina (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods). Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. CTS offers a comprehensive benefit packet to eligible employees.
