This role involves performing various carpentry tasks primarily focused on residential projects, including trim carpentry, framing, and general handyman duties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential remodel work and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities Execute trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of residential spaces. Perform residential carpentry work, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Assist with general handyman duties as needed, supporting ongoing projects and maintenance tasks. Communicate with Manager, potentially train or lead a helper Follow Instructions, troubleshooting and problem solving Qualifications Proven experience in trim carpentry, residential carpentry, and frame carpentry. Ability to read blueprints Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in carpentry and handyman work. Residential Remodel Experience Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks safely. Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory depending on job requirements.
