JOIN OUR TEAM!
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter to lead commercial carpentry, renovation, repair, and facility maintenance projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled carpenter with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service. Experience working on big-box grocery stores, large commercial retail facilities, and commercial building finish-outs is a major plus!
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional carpentry experience.
  • Commercial construction, renovation, repair, facility maintenance, and commercial building finish-out experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, specifications, and work orders.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate carpenters and other trades.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and construction practices.
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass required background/drug checks/site-access requirements.
  • OSHA safety training or other applicable construction safety certifications.
  • The position may require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, or emergency/after-hours work, depending on project and customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and perform commercial carpentry, renovation, and repair work.
  • Perform framing, drywall, finish carpentry, doors, frames, hardware, millwork, and general building repairs.
  • Coordinate daily work activities and provide direction to carpenters and helpers.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with customers, facility managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
  • Complete work orders, daily reports, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
