Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently. Install siding, drywall, trim carpentry elements, and perform remodeling tasks to enhance building aesthetics. Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment. Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for accurate implementation. Collaborate with team members on construction site activities such as framing, metal building erection, and site cleanup. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications through diligent quality checks. Skills Extensive experience in construction site environments with a solid understanding of safety protocols. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for various construction tasks. Strong knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry techniques. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and heavy equipment operation. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for framing, siding installation, and drywall placement. Experience with drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and trim carpentry projects. Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations on-site. Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality workmanship. Familiarity with construction management practices to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site.
