Whether working on residential, commercial, or hardscaping construction sites, you'll gain valuable skills while contributing to exciting projects. Duties Assist experienced carpenters with various construction tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling building materials using hand tools and power tools. Support the installation of windows, doors, flooring, trim, cabinets, and other building components following detailed construction plans. Participate in hardscaping projects such as patios and walkways, ensuring precise placement and finishing. Help with plastering, caulking, stucco application, and building material installation to achieve smooth finishes. Operate heavy equipment when necessary under supervision and adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks on-site. Contribute to remodeling efforts by assisting with demolition, preparation, and final touches. Qualifications Previous construction site experience is highly desirable, especially in building construction or remodeling environments. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential. Knowledge of construction management principles, estimating processes, and inspection procedures will be advantageous. Experience with plumbing, electrical work, window installation, flooring installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, and hardscape construction projects is a plus. Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately is required. Outdoor work experience and a commitment to safety protocol adherence are necessary for success in this role.
