You will build, set and strip concrete forms on commercial and government jobs. This is a per diem position with travel assignments and steady project work for crew members who know formwork inside and out. We need hands-on carpenters who read plans, place accurate layouts, install bracing and scaffolding, and work safely with crane operations. Bilingual Spanish/English and willingness to travel or relocate for assignments are required. What you'll do Build, assemble and set concrete formwork on commercial and government sites Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and site layouts Measure, cut and install wood and metal framing, bracing and in-wall blocking Install scaffolding, shore systems and coordinate crane signaling during lifts Perform quality checks to ensure form accuracy, alignment and concrete tolerance Coordinate with crew members and trade partners to meet schedule and safety requirements What we're looking for Proven experience in concrete formwork carpentry on commercial or government projects Ability to read blueprints, detail drawings and set accurate site layout Strong general carpentry skills: wood and metal framing, trim, stair and floor framing Experience with scaffolding systems, crane signaling and trench/excavation support Physically capable of rigging, lifting, measuring and long days on active job sites Bilingual English and Spanish for effective crew and site communication

Qualifications Bilingual:
