Overview Join our construction team as a Carpenter / Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in bringing building projects to life through skilled craftsmanship and dedicated labor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. Responsibilities Assist with framing, including metal stud framing and wood framing, ensuring structural integrity according to schematics and blueprints Perform trim carpentry tasks such as door hanging, fixture installation, cabinetry, and siding work with precision Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like cutting, sanding, drilling, and assembling materials Support concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, and water damage restoration projects as needed Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site preparation and material movement Follow safety protocols during all phases of construction or restoration work to maintain a secure environment Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and assist with fabrication or metal work Requirements Proven experience in construction site environments with knowledge of carpentry disciplines including trim, frame, roofing, and siding Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with construction estimating or blueprint reading is a plus but not mandatory Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and restoration projects Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute to impactful building projects!
