About the Role Ultimate Homes USA is looking for a skilled Carpenter Helper to support carpentry work on residential construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on framing, finish carpentry, or general construction experience who can work independently and take direction from site supervisors and other trades on the job. Responsibilities Perform framing, trim, doors, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry work Measure, cut, and install lumber, drywall, and other building materials Read and interpret blueprints and job specs Set up, maintain, and break down job site equipment and tools Load, unload, and organize materials on site Operate hand and power tools safely (saws, nail guns, drills, levels, etc.) Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule Keep work areas clean and job sites free of hazards Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines Qualifications 1+ years of carpentry or construction helper experience preferred Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints Comfortable working with minimal supervision Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather Reliable transportation to multiple job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
