We are a small, fast-paced, local remodeling & handyman company handling a wide variety of residential and small commercial projects, including: Basement, bathroom & kitchen remodeling Door, baseboards, and trim installation Drywall installation & repairs Interior & exterior painting Flooring and finish work Handyman repairs TV mounting, Furniture assembly Audio system installs Minor plumbing and electrical work Exterior property work and landscaping Concrete work Demolition and cleanup General home improvements And more as needed on-site We value high-quality, honesty, reliability, and doing things right the first time. The right person for this role is someone who is physically capable to sometimes lift heavy items, knows how to stay busy without constant supervision, and can anticipate what needs to be done next.

Pay:

$15-$23/hr depending on experience (fixed)

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate fluently in Spanish for on-site instructions and coordination with the lead Basic English required for communication regarding scheduling, payment, and work coordination Reliable transportation Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team Comfortable following the direction of a lead and can follow instructions accurately Understands basic tools, measurements, materials, and general construction practices Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding labor Able to stay productive throughout the day in a fast-paced job site environment Prior hands-on knowledge in remodeling, construction, or handyman work Already understands how to perform common construction tasks. ⸻

Important:

This is not an entry-level position, but extensive experience is not needed. We are looking for someone who has some basic construction knowledge but can immediately support on projects and is eager and willing to learn new skills.
