In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings using various materials and techniques. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while working on diverse construction sites. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools to create sturdy structural frameworks. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute framing layouts and specifications. Erect metal building frameworks, including metal stud framing and steel structures, ensuring alignment and structural integrity. Perform concrete forming tasks and assist with rebar installation to support foundational work. Execute drywall installation, plastering, siding, stucco, and trim carpentry to prepare structures for finishing. Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as material lifting and site preparation. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate construction activities efficiently. Experience Proven experience in framing carpentry with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other carpentry equipment. Familiarity with construction management principles and safety protocols on active sites. Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely and execute heavy lifting safely. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to framing projects.
