Come build something meaningful with us. Position Summary Are you a skilled craftsman who takes pride in precision, quality, and doing things the right way? We're growing our team and looking for talented Lead Carpenters/Superintendents who are ready to take ownership of their work and make an impact. This is more than just a job site role — it's an opportunity to lead, problem-solve, and help bring exceptional renovations to life in high-end homes. Qualifications Mastery of rough and finish residential carpentry including additions, kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors and structural updates. Solid understanding of other trades such as drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Ability to read and follow project scopes and architectural or technical drawings. Working knowledge of local and state building codes. Team management and coordination of subcontractors and consultants on site. Material management - estimating, ordering and tracking lumber and other carpentry materials. Comfortable with mobile technology Ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and project managers. Compensation Hourly rate commensurate with experience Performance-based advancement Health and dental insurance available Retirement plan with company match available after 1 year
