Job Description:

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This is a hands-on position working outdoors with a team to build fences, barns, and related structures. You'll assist with site prep, material handling, digging, measuring, framing, and cleanup.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials and tools Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling structures Dig post holes and set fence posts Operate basic hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow instructions and work well in a team setting Perform other general labor duties as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and positive attitude Construction experience is a plus, but not required
