Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, residential renovations As a Construction Carpenter, you'll perform essential tasks that support skilled tradespeople, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and efficiently Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support accurate execution of task Install stud framing, drywall,flooring, and other building components according to specifications Support carpentry tasks like framing, formwork construction, caulking, and renovation projects Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation is advantageous Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings with precision Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not mandatory Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and protocol adherence is essential Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, saws, drills, and other relevant equipment Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions Basic understanding of flooring installation,stud framing and renovation techniques Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on the job Join us today to build your future in the exciting world of construction!
