Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage phone system, to serve primary care office patients by directing calls efficiently and professionally, taking appropriate messages, while providing excellent customer support. Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organized filing systems, collecting payments from patients while logging appropriately, and perform data entry tasks using software like patientbridge and tebra EMR. Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and opening and closing the office. Assist with clerical duties such as word processing, faxing, copying, and maintaining accurate records. Provide general administrative support to staff members, including personal assistant tasks when needed. Qualifications Prefer experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Prefer computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools like electronic medical records Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and client interaction. Previous front desk or receptionist experience is a plus ; familiarity with medical office experience enhances your fit for this role.
