Work Certified Your Opportunity:
Carpenter We are expanding and seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our on-site team. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a heart for service, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Inspect units and common areas; report maintenance needs. Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Complete unit turns, respond to resident requests, and assist with seasonal tasks. Handle after-hours emergencies and escalate complex issues as needed. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate maintenance records. Ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
What You'll Bring:
Proficient in all aspects of carpentry, including but not limited to drywall, framing, cabinetry, and finishing. Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment. Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, team members, and external contractors. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of maintenance projects.
