Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of framing, carpentry, and construction tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks Construct concrete forms for pouring foundations, walls, and other structures, coordinating with concrete finishing teams Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for framing, roofing, siding, and demolition tasks Assist in remodeling projects by trimming carpentry, woodworking, and installing custom fixtures or finishes Skills Extensive experience in construction site operations with a strong background in framing and carpentry Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and effectively Knowledge of concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, concrete finishing methods, roofing systems, siding installation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout demanding workdays Strong understanding of construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site Experience with remodeling projects including trim carpentry, restoration work, drywall installation, and plastering Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality craftsmanship across all tasks Join our team if you're passionate about building excellence!
