Handyman / Carpenter Fix-It Construction Services is looking for a dependable, motivated Handyman / Carpenter to join our growing team. Full-Time Position Join our team performing residential and commercial remodeling, restoration, framing, trim carpentry, repairs, and general construction . Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level Quarterly bonus opportunities 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation / PTO On-the-job training Monday-Friday schedule Overtime opportunities Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial remodeling and restoration projects Perform framing and trim carpentry Install and repair drywall, flooring, siding, windows, and doors Build and repair decks and other exterior structures Perform general home and building repairs Safely operate hand and power tools Load and unload construction materials Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and work Van Follow all company safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Previous construction, handyman, or carpentry experience preferred Willing to train the right candidate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
