We work mostly in King George, Colonial Beach, but we also work in Fredericksburg, and Montross on occasions. Position summary We're hiring a Lead Carpenter to supervise jobsite carpentry, coordinate crews, ensure workmanship standards, and communicate with project managers. The Lead Carpenter will be hands-on, responsible for layout, framing, trim, and quality control across multiple projects. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Required qualifications Strong knowledge of residential and light-commercial framing and finish Ability to read blueprints, use levels/squares, and perform accurate layout Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required). Own basic hand tools.
