Position Overview As a Carpenter - Exterior & Outdoor Living Specialist , you will play a key role in executing high-quality exterior construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow within a structured, professional construction environment. You will work alongside experienced team members to deliver projects that meet Paragon's standards for craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do Construct custom decks, porches, and outdoor living structures to specification Install windows, doors, trim, and exterior components with accuracy Assist with under-deck drainage systems and weatherproofing solutions Read and interpret basic plans, layouts, and measurements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard Communicate effectively with team leads and contribute to problem-solving on-site What You Bring 1-3 years of carpentry or construction experience (residential preferred) Working knowledge of hand and power tools Basic understanding of construction methods and materials Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and accountable work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What Success Looks Like Consistently produces clean, accurate, and efficient work Demonstrates growth in skill level and independence on job sites Earns trust from team leads through reliability and work quality Contributes to projects being completed on time and within scope Upholds Paragon's standards for professionalism and craftsmanship Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and skill level) Monday-Friday schedule - no weekend work Paid Time Off with flexibility Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company matching Team-building events and a strong, supportive culture Why Join Paragon?
