General Contractor seeking experienced Lead Carpenter/Superintendent for work in both Residential and Commercial construction. Work area is Roanoke and Smith Mountain Lake area. The Lead Carpenter/Superintendent must be able to manage the project that they're working on, as well as provide carpentry duties. This includes material take-offs, client relations, use of electronic devices and supervision of other workers and subcontractors. Top tier candidates can bring a project out of the ground and having considerable framing experience. Leads must have a minimum of 5 years experience.
