Smith Mountain Lake Qualifications:

Some construction or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day Comfortable with physical work: lifting 50+ lbs, standing, climbing ladders, working outdoors Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, and a commitment to using them safely Ability to takes direction well and asks questions when unsure Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Your own basic hand tools (tape, pencil, utility knife, hammer, speed square)
