Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Framer Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for framing and carpentry work on construction sites, reading blueprints, and ensuring precise measurements. This role requires a strong work ethic, punctuality, and experience in construction environments. We are also hiring laborers to support our team. Responsibilities Perform framing carpentry tasks according to construction plans and blueprints Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans accurately Measure dimensions using tape measures and ensure precise cuts and assembly Execute trim carpentry as needed for finishing touches Work on construction sites, adhering to safety standards and protocols Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately Show up on time daily with a good work ethic to maintain productivity Requirements Experience in frame carpentry and construction site work Proficiency in blueprint reading and dimensional measurements Ability to use a tape measure accurately and perform basic math calculations Knowledge of construction plans and technical drawings Experience with trim carpentry is preferred Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential Prior construction site experience is required Join our team if you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to quality building projects.
