We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can accurately read and interpret construction plans, and takes pride in delivering high-quality residential framing and exterior carpentry projects efficiently.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Experience installing composite and pressure-treated decking Cut and install vinyl, wood, and aluminum railing systems Proficient in using a caulk gun for professional finishing work Install ScreenEZE and other porch screening systems Install three-season room panels and enclosures Perform siding repairs and maintenance Perform roofing repairs and general roofing-related work Install exterior and interior doors and windows Fabricate, cut, and bend metal for custom flashing and trim applications Cut stair stringers and build safe, code-compliant stair systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work independently and collaboratively while meeting project deadlines

Qualifications:

Experience required Valid driver's license required Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills
