The Role We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our teams and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site. This is a leadership position for a professional who takes pride in their craft and possesses the drive to get the job done right. Key Responsibilities •

On-Site Leadership:

Supervise in-house labor and subcontractors, ensuring all trades work cohesively to meet project goals. •

Project Execution:

Manage day-to-day activities for diverse projects, from custom residential builds to light commercial framing. •

Technical Oversight:

Read and interpret complex plans and specifications while maintaining high standards of carpentry craftsmanship. •

Operations & Safety:

Enforce strict safety regulations, manage scheduling, handle change orders, and maintain accurate construction paperwork. Qualifications •

Proven Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years in aspects of residential and commercial carpentry. •

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to multi-task and navigate tight deadlines while maintaining high customer satisfaction. •

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively direct crews and coordinate with Project Managers. •

Drive:
