Responsibilities Perform precise carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials for construction or renovation projects. Finish surfaces with attention to detail, including sanding, staining, painting, and sealing to achieve a polished appearance. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of work. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or corrections.
