Job Description
Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter. Various responsibilities including rough and finish carpentry. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools and the ability to assemble and build structures. Looking for an insured subcontractor.Duties:
- Install siding, doors, windows, and cabinets according to specifications
- Use hand tools effectively and safely to complete assigned tasks
- Assemble structures, walls, floors, and roof systems according to blueprints or instructions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installation of standard residential housing components
- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in construction projects
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
