Looking for a Carpenter with a minimum of 1 year construction or similar experience up to 5 years Experience. Pay is commensurate with experience. We will consider no experience but there has to be a clear motivation to be in this trade. Experimenters will not be considered. Daily Responsibilities include all aspects of Residential Construction from Site Work, to framing, insulating and finishing. We also perform periodic retrofitting of homes for optimal energy efficiency though insulation and airsealing protocols. Must be comfortable with occasional heavy lifting, getting dirty daily, heights, tight spaces, hot spaces, cold spaces and the occasional "just right" space. We are a small team where the owners are on-site everyday working with the team. We are friendly, always courteous, generous, well organized, hard-working and pretty fun to be around.
