Job Description

Job Description Are you a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in clean lines, perfect miters, and a flawless final product? We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our growing team specializing in the installation, button-up, and interior finishing of modern modular and manufactured homes. Unlike traditional rough framing, this role focuses heavily on the crucial closing stages of home delivery—marrying the modular sections together, installing intricate interior trim, and ensures the home meets high-quality residential standards before the keys are handed to the homeowner. Key Responsibilities
    Interior Joinery & Trim:
Fit and install door casings, baseboards, crown molding, and interior doors.
      Modular Marriage Line Integration:
Seamlessly stitch together the interior connection points (marriage lines) of multi-section modular homes.
        Drywall & Paint Touch-ups:
Perform minor drywall patching, taping, mudding, and paint touch-ups where modular segments connect. Qualifications & Skills
          Experience:
Preferred minimum 1 year of residential carpentry experience, with a heavy emphasis on finish carpentry, trim work, or modular home installations.
            Tools:
Must possess your own reliable set of basic hand tools
              Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and stand for extended periods.
                Reliability:
Valid driver's license and a strong commitment to workplace safety and clean job sites is required. What We Offer
