Family owned property management company seeks a motivated carpenter with a wide variety of general renovation skills. The new hire will work independently under the direction of the owner and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to the quality standards set by the company and our clients.

Job Requirements:

Experience in all fields of building; renovating, framing, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and other necessary skills to execute general contracting tasks. Ability to operate all forms of tools and equipment, including air guns, hand tools, lifts, chop and table saws, cordless equipment, ect. Must be a hardworking, detail oriented, self-motivated individual that is able to perform with minimal supervision..
