Job Description

Gristmill Builders - a Forward-thinking, detail oriented building company in business for 35 years is in search for new talent. Individuals must be organized, reliable, possess good communications skills, be motivated, and being an effective part of our team is necessary for these positions. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of carpentry experience and the ins and outs of high-end building. Foreman/Proven experience as construction foreman or site supervisor. Must be in good physical condition and stamina. Collaborate with the PM, architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project. Conduct meetings on-site with PM, architect, client and construction crew. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
