The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of carpentry & team leading experience and know the ins and outs of high-end building. Foreman/Proven experience as construction foreman or site supervisor. Must be in good physical condition and stamina. Collaborate with the PM, architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project. Conduct meetings on-site with PM, architect, client and construction crew. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
