What You'll Do Install high-quality windows and doors in customers' homes Complete exterior trim and finish carpentry Learn new carpentry and installation skills from experienced team members Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized Work professionally with homeowners and your team Work primarily within 30 miles of Williston, VT What We're Looking For Some carpentry, construction, remodeling, or similar hands-on experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Dependable with a strong work ethic Willing to learn and improve your skills Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in your work Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test Don't have years of carpentry experience?
