Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Foreman capable of helping manage and execute full residential renovation projects. Responsibilities
- Lead renovation projects from demo to final finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and crew members
- Perform hands on work across trades
- Maintain schedules, quality standards, and jobsite organization
- Communicate professionally with clients and management Required Skills
- Strong background in renovations
- Drywall, flooring, painting, and tile experience
- Ability to problem solve and make field decisions
- Leadership mindset and accountability
- Ability to run projects with minimal supervision Compensation $30
- 40/hour DOE Growth into long-term leadership position
