Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Foreman capable of helping manage and execute full residential renovation projects. Responsibilities

Lead renovation projects from demo to final finish
Coordinate subcontractors and crew members
Perform hands on work across trades
Maintain schedules, quality standards, and jobsite organization
Communicate professionally with clients and management Required Skills
Strong background in renovations
Drywall, flooring, painting, and tile experience
Ability to problem solve and make field decisions
Leadership mindset and accountability
Ability to run projects with minimal supervision Compensation $30
40/hour DOE Growth into long-term leadership position
