About Us:
Wicker Renovations is a residential remodel contractor servicing the Pacific Northwest. The company's focus is on custom remodels with a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. We perform small repairs to full additions. Most of our work is done inhouse except for Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing trade work. We are seeking the following to join our team!!
Residential Remodel Carpenter Pay:
$60,000
•70,000 per year, depending on experience
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years We are looking for an experienced Residential Remodel Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of hands-on residential construction experience and is skilled in all phases of remodeling and general carpentry. Responsibilities Perform all phases of residential remodeling and construction Framing, drywall, siding, roofing, and finish carpentry Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and flooring Perform demolition and job-site preparation Read and understand plans and measurements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work independently and as part of a team Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential construction/remodeling experience Experience with all phases of residential construction Strong carpentry and problem-solving skills Ability to read plans and accurately take measurements Reliable, hardworking, and punctual Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work Commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer service Compensation $60,000
