Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, from framing and trim carpentry to remodeling and restoration work. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship. Whether you're experienced in woodworking, installation, or site preparation, this position provides a platform to develop your skills while making a tangible impact on our projects. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the value we place on every team member's contribution. Duties Assist in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise project execution Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, trim installation, and fixture mounting with safety as a top priority Prepare construction sites by measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other building materials Install doors, windows, siding, flooring, moldings, stucco finishes, and other residential fixtures with accuracy and care Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique to prevent injury Support rebar installation, plastering, caulking, metal stud framing, and drywall finishing as needed Conduct minor repairs or restoration tasks such as mold remediation or fixture replacement to uphold project standards Requirements Proven construction experience with knowledge of residential carpentry techniques and safety protocols for power tools Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately for precise material cutting and installation Familiarity with woodworking machines, hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and construction site safety standards Experience in framing carpentry including metal stud framing and door hanging; knowledge of siding installation preferred Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively Prior experience in remodeling or restoration industry projects is a plus; handyman experience is beneficial Join us in creating durable structures that stand the test of time!
