We are looking for the best. We currently complete approximately 25 residential painting projects every month, and we're growing aggressively. Our goal is to double our growth this year and triple our growth next year. Every one of those projects needs real carpentry support done right, from repairs and trim to siding and minor structural work. We're looking for an experienced carpenter who can move fast without sacrificing quality or skipping steps. You need to understand proper repair techniques, professional-grade work, jobsite cleanliness, and what it takes to deliver a finished product our name can stand behind. Compensation $37/hour, paid hourly, guaranteed — not a range, not "based on experience" Consistent, year-round pipeline of projects Full-time opportunity with a company that's actively growing What We're Looking For Experienced residential carpenter Comfortable handling repairs, trim, siding, and minor structural work Fast and highly efficient without sacrificing craftsmanship Strong attention to detail and clean finishes Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Able to maintain a clean and organized jobsite Must own the tools and equipment necessary to complete projects independently This position is not designed for an entry-level carpenter.
