  • Everett, WA About Us Thor's Painting & Construction provides high‑quality residential and commercial painting throughout Snohomish and King County. We value craftsmanship, reliability, and a strong work ethic. We're looking for a skilled Painter who can deliver clean, professional results and assist with light carpentry when needed.
  • Position Overview This role is ideal for a painter who takes pride in detailed prep work, smooth finishes, and consistent quality. You'll work on both residential homes and commercial buildings, performing painting tasks and basic carpentry repairs such as trim replacement, patching, and surface preparation.
  • Key Responsibilities Interior & exterior painting using brush, roll, and spray Prep work including sanding, caulking, masking, patching, and priming Light carpentry repairs such as trim installation, fascia repair, and minor woodwork Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites Follow instructions from the crew lead or project manager Communicate professionally with clients and team members Assist with loading materials, equipment setup, and daily cleanup Required Experience & Skills 2-4+ years professional painting experience Strong knowledge of prep work and paint systems Basic carpentry skills (trim, patching, minor repairs) Ability to work on ladders and exterior elevations Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial painting Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or PPG products Ability to work independently when needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $25•32/hr DOE Overtime opportunities Year‑round steady work Opportunities for advancement into Lead Painter roles How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or email your resume.
