Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various aspects of remodeling and construction, demonstrating proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and more. This role involves transforming residential and commercial spaces while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. 40 Hours per week, not seasonal Some overtime may be needed from time to time Typical work weeks are daytime Mon-Fri. 7:30-4:30 pm. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements. Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Engage in siding installation, and roofing as needed. Carry out heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Install fixtures, perform caulking, and carry out flooring installation or tile laying as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in the remodeling or restoration industry is essential. Strong skills in carpentry, including woodworking, metal stud framing, and assembly techniques. Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems is a plus. Ability to read schematics, and construction documents accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for high-quality results. Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as part of daily responsibilities. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
