The ideal candidate will have experience working as a carpenter/laborer and need to have some general maintenance knowledge, excellent customer service, and communication skills with a "Can do" attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES

(but not limited to): New construction labor/ remodel labor Carpentry Diagnose problems and make repairs in a timely manner Duties may include using hand tools (saws/drills), shoveling, sweeping and other miscellaneous tasks within construction.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal Candidate will have general knowledge in: Trim/cabinet Work Painting Plumbing Drywall Repair Must be able to take initiative, have a positive attitude, and always be willing to get the job done Have a sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure Be committed to excellent customer service and satisfaction Be honest and an ethical team player Be able to read and write English for safety and productivity purposes Be able to lift 50 Lbs. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test This is a full time position

LICENSES
