Job Description:
Lead a Department, performing construction and installation of interior building finishes and components in a Manufacturing setting. Follow blueprints, design plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation Install wall panel (drywall/sheetrock/FRP) Cut and Install interior trim Install flooring and cove base Install ceiling grid components and tiles Make and install window casing and trim Install windows and blinds Hang interior doors and apply hardware, Hang door trim Install upper and lower cabinets Install laminate countertops Clean-up of the units
Experience:
Team Leadership and Management Knowledge of construction techniques and materials used in interior finish installations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installations Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during construction projects
