Experienced Remodeling Carpenter $25.00

The Position We are looking for an experienced Remodeling Carpenter who is comfortable working on a variety of residential remodeling projects. You'll primarily be working inside occupied homes, so professionalism, communication, cleanliness, and respect for the homeowner are just as important as your carpentry skills. The right person can work independently, follow plans and project instructions, solve common jobsite problems, and produce consistently high-quality finished work without needing constant supervision. What You'll Do Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry Complete finish carpentry including trim, crown molding, fillers, scribes, panels, and toe kicks Read plans, measurements, and project layouts Make sure installations are level, plumb, square, and properly finished Complete general residential remodeling tasks Help keep projects moving efficiently Maintain clean and organized jobsites Communicate respectfully with homeowners and team members Follow company procedures and jobsite safety standards Represent Mountain Peak Home Remodeling professionally while on the job Training may be available for certain specialty installation and finish carpentry techniques, including crown molding and detailed cabinet finishing. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: 5+ years of remodeling or finish carpentry experience preferred Strong cabinet installation experience Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Basic carpentry and hand tools Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Good communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to pass a background check Bonus Skills Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required: Flooring installation Tile backsplash installation Interior and exterior door installation Drywall repairs Interior painting Why Work With Us?
