We are a general contractor specializing in residential and commercial remodeling and new construction across the South Puget Sound. Our expertise includes energy-efficient building, project management, architectural framing, finish carpentry, and installation of doors, windows, millwork, and cabinetry. What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) 2 weeks paid time off annually (accrual begins immediately, redeemable after 6 months) Opportunities for growth and skill development Responsibilities (Carpenter II) Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, from basic to advanced Work independently with minimal supervision Follow all safety best practices on-site Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition Keep accurate electronic timesheets and receipts Order and track materials as needed Cut, shape, and assemble materials to specification Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs as required Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Qualifications High school diploma or GED Resume or written work history 2-10 years of residential carpentry experience (apprenticeship or equivalent training preferred) Valid driver's license Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in English Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding Proficiency with hand, air, and power tools Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Cell phone with texting and camera functions Must maintain a professional, drug- and alcohol-free work environment
