Entry-Level Construction Carpenter Join the Arising Construction & Restoration Team! At Arising Construction & Restoration , we specialize in new residential construction, home additions, remodeling, and disaster restoration . From building homes from the ground up to restoring properties after water, fire, and storm damage, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Construction Carpenter who is eager to learn, work hard, and grow with our team. Whether you're just starting your career or have some construction experience, we provide opportunities to develop your skills while working on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Construction Carpenter, you'll assist with all phases of construction and restoration, including: Framing and new residential construction Home additions, remodels, and renovations Installing doors, windows, trim, baseboards, and finish carpentry Installing cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures Drywall installation, repairs, taping, and texture matching Interior and exterior painting Flooring installation including hardwood, LVP, tile, laminate, and carpet Repairing damage caused by water, fire, storms, or everyday wear and tear Fire and water damage demolition, cleanup, and restoration Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment Keeping accurate records of materials used and job progress Maintaining a clean and safe job site Following all company safety policies and procedures Assisting with emergency mitigation and property protection when needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred but not required Construction or restoration experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate Why Join Arising?
