Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of building structures, renovations, and restorations, bringing visions to life with precision and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, eager to develop their skills across diverse projects while working in a collaborative environment. Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools, including wood, metal studs, drywall, siding, and trim carpentry. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work to support foundation and structural elements. Erect metal buildings and framing structures with precision while adhering to safety protocols. Operate heavy equipment as needed for lifting and positioning materials safely on-site. Install siding, stucco, drywall, plastering finishes, and perform restoration or remodeling tasks as required. Read construction plans thoroughly to interpret technical specifications and ensure accurate implementation of all project phases. Conduct heavy lifting safely while managing dimensional measurements with tape measures and other tools for precise cuts and placements. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate workflow efficiently and meet project deadlines. Experience Proven experience in construction site environments with a strong background in carpentry-related tasks. Demonstrated proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices (including tape measures), and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, masonry work, drywall installation, siding application, and remodeling processes. Familiarity with construction management practices and safety standards on active job sites. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations accurately. Experience working with schematics for metal stud framing or framing plans is highly desirable. Join us in building exceptional structures while honing your craft! Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
